Extremely unprofessional experience. I scheduled an appointment with this mechanic days in advance, confirmed the time multiple times, and even rearranged my schedule to be available. He told me he would arrive around 12–1 PM, but never showed up, never called, and completely ignored my messages asking for updates. What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. If you can’t make an appointment, at least have the professionalism to send a quick message or be honest upfront instead of leaving people waiting around all day wondering what’s going on. I even sent my address again and checked in politely, only to be ignored. This kind of behavior is unreliable and frustrating, especially when people depend on mechanics for important repairs. If someone can’t keep their word for something as simple as showing up or communicating, I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle either. Save yourself the stress and find someone more dependable.

I needed an alternator belt and my car was basically immobile, Ricks auto repair arrived when they said they would and quickly replaced the belt, within minutes I was back on the road. The price was very reasonable, very friendly and professional, can't recommend them enough.

Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience with Rick! He was professional, honest, and went above and beyond to get my car running right. What started as one issue turned into a few more once he took a closer look, but he didn’t try to upsell or take advantage — he just focused on fixing the problem and making sure my car was safe and smooth to drive. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers. I’m so grateful for the time and effort he put in. My car runs beautifully now — I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future repairs! 🚗✨
